Tonkotsu Ramen

Thank you for everyone who is interested in Tonkotsu Ramen.

However I'm not an expert of Ramen, here is a list of my favourite Tonkotsu Ramen shops around Tokyo by request.

Those Ramen shops are originally from Fukuoka,but pretty famous in everywhere now.And I love them too.

(Before this,I'd like to say sorry that I couldn't find maps of them in English. So it may be difficult to find where exactly they are. But I also put their address for in case you can find them by yourself.)

There are only 3 shops in Tokyo.

・清澄白河店（Kiyosumi-Shirakawa)・・・東京都江東区白河1-6-1 (1-6-1 Shirakawa, Koutouku,Tokyo)
It's at the corner of Kiyosubasi St.and Kiyosumi St. Just above the Subway Oedo line Kiyosumi-Shirakawa station

・早稲田店(Waseda)・・・東京都新宿区高田馬場1-3-13 (1-3-13 Takadano-baba, Shinjuku,Tokyo)
It's on Meiji St. Nearest station is Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin line Nisi-Waseda station. Go outside from Exit 1 and walk up to North for a few minutes.

・東京イースト21店(Tokyo East 21)・・・東京都江東区東陽6-3-2　東京イースト21内1階 (Tokyo East 21 Bldg. 1F 6-3-2 Toyo, koutouku, Tokyo)
It's not very close to any station. Nearest station is JR Toyo station. Go outside from Exit 1 and walk up to North for 10-15 minutes.

There are 7 shops in Tokyo. I list up 4 of them which I think you can get to easily.

・六本木大江戸駅上店（Roppongi)・・・港区六本木4-11-11　六本木GMビル2F（Roppongi GM Bldg.2F　4-11-11　Roppongi, Minatoku,Tokyo)
It's on Gaien-Higashi st. ,in front of a hotel "Ibis", just above a convenient store "ampm".
2 mins' walk From Metro Hibiya line Roppongi sta.Exit 4a or subway Oedo line Roppongi sta.Exit 7

・アトレ上野山下口店（Ueno)・・・東京都台東区上野7-1-1　（7-1-1 Ueno, Taitoku, Tokyo)
It's just inside a JR Ueno Station shopping building "Atre Ueno" Easy!!

・東京ドームシティ・ラクーア店（Tokyo Dome)・・・東京都文京区春日1-1-1　ラク－ア内2F　（Shopping Mall LaQua 2F　1-1-1 Kasuga, Bunkyoku, Tokyo)
It's inside a shopping mall LaQua 2nd floor,where is in front of Tokyo Dome.
2 mins' walk from Metro Marunouchi line/Nanboku line Korakuen sta. or subway Oedo line Kasuga sta.

・渋谷神南一丁目店（Shibuya)・・・東京都渋谷区神南1-22-7　岩本ビルB1F　（Iwamoto Bldg. B1F
1-22-7 Jinnan, Shibuya, Tokyo)
It's next to Fashion Center Marui JAM.
3 mins' walk from JR Shibuya sta. Exit Hachiko

I just pick up some of them.

・六本木店（Roppongi)・・・東京都港区六本木4-9-11 第2小田切ビル1F　(Dai-ni Odagiri Bldg.1F 4-9-11 Roppongi, Minatoku, Tokyo)
It's pretty close to Ichiran Roppongi shop,just 2 block down to south-east.

・銀座店（Ginza)・・・東京都中央区銀座3-11-14 第一中山ビルB1　（Dai-ichi Nakayama Bldg.B1 3-11-4-14 Ginza, Chuohku, Tokyo)
It's on Showa st. in Ginza Higashi 3chome. close to Metro Hibiya line/subway Asakusa line Higashi-Ginza sta. just in front of Exit A7.

Fukuoka

Why I haven't written for a week?


Because I was in Fukuoka!

Fukuoka is one of the prefecture in Kyushu which is south part of Japan.


There are so many delicious food.

Of them, karashi-Mentaiko and Tonkotsu-Ramen are pretty famous food in Fukuoka which I love so much!

為什麼這個禮拜我都沒寫blog呢?
因為我去福岡!

福岡是在九州裡的一個縣。你知道九州嗎? 九州是在日本的南部。

這個地方有很多很好吃的東西。
像''辛子明太子","豬骨拉麵",這些食物是在九州很有明的。我超喜歡!!


Karashi-Mentaiko 辛子明太子
It's kind of pickled cod-ovum with red hot peppers. Karashi means one of the way to say "spicy".

把魚卵腌的比較辣辣的珍羞。

When you have it with rice,OMG! You can't stop eating!!

如果你把這個跟白飯一起吃的話,你一定吃個不停!!



Tonkotsu-Ramen 豬骨拉麵
I think I don't need to explain what Ramen is. (It's funny because Ramen is basically from China but nowadays it's famous as Japanese food. To be honest,I haven't eaten any good Ramen in overseas!)

你應該知道拉麵是什麼吧。

我覺得很好笑,因為拉麵本來是從中國的食物,可是現在變成了日本的食物了。我沒去過中國,所以我不知道在中國的拉麵怎麼樣,不過我在臺灣一次都沒吃得到很好吃得拉麵。(我不是說臺灣的食物不好吃。我也超愛臺灣食物,,,除了拉麵。。。haha 還是有人知道在臺灣很好吃的拉麵店嗎?)

Tonkotsu,to be exactly,Tonkotsu soup,is soup made from pork bones.
For me,Ramen means Tonkotsu-Ramen.I don't really like any other Ramen,like Shou-Ramen(made from soy sauce),Shio-Ramen(made from salt),Miso-Ramen(made from Miso).I'm not saying those are bad Ramen,those are still ok.Of couese some people love those Ramen. But I definitely recommend you Tonkotsu-Ramen as the best Ramen.

豬骨(日文寫"豚骨")是豬骨湯的意思。

對我來說,拉麵就是豬骨拉麵。我沒那麼喜歡其他的拉麵。其他的拉麵就是醬油拉麵啊,鹽拉麵啊,黃醬拉麵。我不是說這些拉麵不好吃,它們還ok啊。當然有的人愛吃這些拉麵,不過我還是把豬骨拉麵推薦最好吃的拉麵。

Well,,,cod-ovum? pork bones? Those food might sound pretty yucky.But I'm sure you'll like them.

So Please try,no,YOU HAVE TO TRY them when you go to Fukuoka!!

mmm,,,明太子,豬骨,,,有可能聽起來很惡心。可是我知道你會喜歡。如果你不覺得很惡心,你一定會很喜歡!!

如果你去福岡的時候請你吃吃看,不,你一定要吃吃看!!好不好?

What I'm going to do

From now,I'm going to report interesting things about Japan basically,but also about what I think, see, hear, and feel.
It would be a little bit one-sided opinion,but it's also one of the Japanese culture.
